Local history is the story of our community family. The Needham History Center tells these stories about how our town became the place we know – about how our history helps us to understand our contemporary life.

We want to be a resource for everyone in town –

• FREE admission to our Museum and programs, so everyone can participate
• Stories and information that bring us closer to our community
• Partnering with community organizations, local historical societies, and life-long learning groups to enrich our programs and make our resources widely available
• Adding historic context for town issues like housing and preservation
• Bringing resources to the schools for classroom work and research
• Providing images to inspire artists who beautify our streetscape, and so much more!

But we can’t do it without You!  None of this happens without your generous support, which is crucial to our efforts to share and celebrate the importance of Needham’s history. We share your love for Needham, and your interest in its past and its future. We are very grateful for the part you play in keeping the History Center strong and vital!  Thank You!
