About the Needham History Center & Museum

Become a partner in preserving Needham’s history!  We invite you to visit our headquarters in the Matthias Mills House.  Join us for exhibits and special events, our Program series, and our projects with the schools –  including an authentic 1850s Schoolhouse Day and 1775 Town Meeting!

The Exhibits – can you find the oldest man-made object in Needham?  …The Archives – can you trace the history of your family? Of your house?  …The Photos – what did Needham look like 150 years ago?

As a Member, you will enjoy a full schedule of programs, lectures, workshops, and special events; free admission to our monthly programs, and discounted tickets to our special events; research opportunities in our Document and Photo Archives; and our informative and engaging monthly newsletter, The GAZETTE.
